89' - 1984 - Drama, Comedy - Dialogue: Hungarian, Italian, English
A bracingly original avant-garde black comedy. The fragmented story is structured into three distinct sections, first of which takes place in New York City. Self-styled downtown hipster Willie Is being paid a surprise visit by Hungarian cousin Eva. Willie does nothing to conceal his displeasure at having to share his tiny apartment with this stranger, but when she finally leaves 10 days later, there seems to be a strange sort of affection between them even though they've shared nothing together except space.
