Whispers in the Dark

Dr. Ann Hecker is a New York City psychiatrist who is haunted by a recurring sexual dream alter hearing about a patient's lover. Aroused by these fantasies involving bondage, Dr. Hecker decides to explore some unresolved issues in her own life with the help of Dr. Leo Green. Dr. Hecker's life evolves when she meets Doug McDowell, with whom she begins a passionate love affair. Then, after learning that he and her patient's lover are the same man, Dr. Hecker is confronted with her patient's nude, dead body and McDowell becomes a murder suspect.
