Function: Selection committee

Originally from a small village in the Italian countryside, Linda Venturini (1997) now lives and works in Brussels. After graduating in Literature from the University of Bologna with a thesis on Federico Fellini's writing, she completed a Master’s in Cinema Management in Milan. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in the film industry.

Linda currently works as Festival Manager for the sales agent Be For Films. In this role she oversees festival submissions and develops strategic festival plans for feature films. She previously interned at Cineuropa, working on the European film festivals project, at Festival Scope, managing partnerships with festivals and at mk2, where she entered the world of international film sales.

Her festival experience spans several roles, including working for the Milano Film Network during the Venice Film Festival to organize a production workshop, volunteering at the FIFF Namur, and serving as a young juror for the Filmmaker Film Festival in Milan. In 2024, she participated in the Thessaloniki Locarno Industry Academy.

She is also part of the programming team of the Lago Film Fest, where she selects short films.
