Film Fest Gent plays an important role for the film and film music sectors, both nationally and internationally. The industry programme is a meeting point for the Belgian and international film and film music profession. The festival also draws (international) attention to Belgian film and film music talent. The 52nd Film Fest Gent is scheduled October 8th to 19th 2025. Every year in October Film Fest Gent presents some 120 feature films and 50 shorts from all over the world in various sections to an audience of over 100,000 spectators. The deadline for applications is July 1st, 2025.

Press Industry Office 2022

Accreditations

Journalists and film professionals can apply for accreditation for the 52nd edition of the festival starting August 2025.
Film and film music students from a selection of (Belgian) schools can apply for an accreditation starting September 2025. All applications go through your personal MyFFG account.
