How to apply for a press accreditation?
Starting August, you can apply for accreditation through your personal MyFFG profile. You do need a press MyFFG profile for this. If you have a regular user profile and wish to change it to a press profile, you can email pers@filmfestival.be.
As soon as your application has been approved, you will receive an e-voucher which you can use to collect your accreditation pass from Tuesday 7 October 2025 at the Press & Industry Office, open from 8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m., at Kinepolis Gent (Ter Platen 12).
The festival asks accredited press to forward a copy of the coverage.
Incomplete or poorly filled out applications will be processed after all others. Completing your application form does not guarantee an accreditation. Applications after the deadline will not be processed.
