Een snikhete dag in Athene, Griekenland. Stephanos, de oudste broer, is aan het sporten, terwijl zijn moeder een dagje uit plant. Na weer een intens gevecht tussen hen, wordt Stephanos alleen gelaten om voor zijn jongere broer en zus en Lucy, hun familiehond, te zorgen.
